1. Panel door panel
Door panel technical parameters:
The thickness of the door panel is 40mm, the double layer is 0.5 thick coated steel plate, double-sided orange embossing, double-sided stripes. The middle is filled with fluorine-free high-density polyurethane and has a foaming density of 43 kg/m3. The door panel has the characteristics of heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, no cracking, light fastness, anti-corrosion, no rust, no fading. Fluorine-free polyurethane is non-toxic and tasteless. The door panel is reinforced with a whole through-type steel strip at the hinge mounting position, and the joints of the door panels are sealed with rubber to cut off the heat transfer to reduce heat loss.

3. Rail track

4. Hardware Parts
After tightening the self-tapping screws, there are three support points inside the door panel to prevent the self-tapping screws from loosening.
5. Balancing system
The lifting doors are balanced by a high-strength spring system consisting of a torsion spring shaft, a torsion spring, a snap-proof spring breaking device, a torsion spring bracket, a wire rope, and a head. The minimum service life is 50,000 cycles. The tower wheel is made of cast aluminum. 6. Seals seal
All lift doors are fitted with top and bottom seals, and the door panels (TPE thermoplastic rubber), side, bottom and top seals (EPDM DuPont EPDM) effectively prevent air and rain leakage, and all An imported EPDM seal is provided between the rail and the door panel to provide good airtightness between the door and the rail. EPDM sealing system is resistant to high and low temperatures, is not easy to age, and has a long service life.
7. Safety equipment---CE certification
